I know , you must be knowing me by the name of BRUFEN or COMBIFLAM (combination  of ibuprofen and paracetamol ).  Basically I am an NSAID drug and I have a different chemical structure to steroids and I  am not as much toxic. I am used to treat pain , fever and inflammation and some times I am also used in arthritis. I block the production of some natural substances known as prostaglandins , which are responsible for causing inflammation.
